Youth Effect Program
The Youth Effect will provide youth (18-29)who have an interest in entrepreneurship and innovation with experiential learning and training with local businesses during the 15 week program. The Youth Effect program is not like other placement programs. It not only provides real life job skills for the youth, but provides them with innovation training, mentorship, a leadership retreat, and a peer network for those showing a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation. It also provides participating businesses with innovation training and the ability to access the skills and energy of the youth to complete a defined project, that will better position them to grow!

Go Global Program
The goal of the Go Global program is to achieve substantial sales growth for the selected companies through hiring, training, mentoring and supporting a dedicated Business Development Representative position in each of the participating companies. The Innovation Centre will identify the needs of the participating businesses, help recruit the right candidate, and provide them with the necessary skills, support and mentorship. During the 15 month program, the Business Development Representative, the company and the team at the Innovation Centre will set sales targets, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, monitor results, adjust strategies and achieve results.
